1. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The executive session meeting was called to order at 9:05AM. in the offices of Bernstein Shur in Portland, Maine. Chairman; Hal Ferguson, Rick Micklon, Lenny Adler and Bernstein Shur representatives Phil Saucier, and Bill Welch were present to discuss Heniger Park issues. The executive session meeting was closed at 10:35.
2. TRAVEL: Selectmen left the town office via POV at 7:50 A.M. and returned at 11:40 A.M.
